At MabelClothing, we want you to love your purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it
• Unworn or unused, with no signs of wear
• All tags attached and in the original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved and received, we’ll notify you via email and issue your refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may apply.

Product Return Conditions

We’re committed to providing quality products and customer satisfaction. Returns or exchanges will be supported in the following cases:

• Printing issues: Blurry or faded printing, incorrect colors, or distortions that differ from the design sample.
• Spelling errors: Any spelling or text errors on the product made by us will be corrected or refunded.
• Incorrect color delivery: If the product color differs from what was ordered, we’ll exchange it free of charge.
• Unexpected stains or discoloration: We will accept exchanges for any defects or unwanted stains caused during production.
• Other product or service errors: Any other confirmed issues resulting from our production or fulfillment process will be reviewed and resolved fairly.

Non-Returnable Cases

Because MabelClothing products are made to order, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

• Incorrect print or design chosen by the customer.
• Wrong size selection for personal preferences.
• Spelling or customization errors provided by the customer (for personalized items).

We encourage customers to carefully review product details, sizing information, and customization requests before placing an order. Our goal is to ensure every product meets your expectations from the start.
