At MabelClothing LLC, we believe receiving your order should be simple, reliable, and worry-free.
This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver all orders placed on mabelclothing.com (“Website”).
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.
- Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days (contiguous U.S.)
- Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)
Note: Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and may vary due to location, weather, or unforeseen carrier delays.
3. Shipping Coverage
We proudly ship to all 50 U.S. states, including:
- Alaska & Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO military addresses
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing:
- The carrier name
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track your shipment in real time
5. Risk of Loss & Title
All orders are shipped FOB shipping point — meaning risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the package.
Once the order is marked “delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or delayed, please follow these steps:
- Double-check the shipping address entered at checkout.
- Confirm with household members or neighbors.
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
If the issue remains unresolved, email us at
support@mabelclothing.com
within 7 business days of the expected delivery date, and we’ll assist you immediately.
For stolen packages, please file a claim directly with the carrier. While we can’t guarantee replacements, we’ll do our best to help resolve the matter.
7. Incorrect Address Policy
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- We’ll notify you and offer to reship (additional shipping fees may apply).
- If you choose to cancel, a refund will be issued minus original shipping costs.
8. Multiple Shipments
Large or multi-item orders may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.
You’ll receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
